Achieve a great finish on your construction project with top-rated finishing nails. We offer several options for finishing nails, some that can be used indoors and some that can be used for exterior applications. Our range of nails comes with:
We offer four major types of finish nails.
Our selection of finish nails comes in collated and hand-driven options to accommodate whatever tools you have. The hand-driven finish nails are ideal for interior work, like cabinetry. The nails are built with a smooth shank and diamond point for seamless penetration. The shaft incorporated into the design minimizes the chances of splitting, while the countersunk cupped head gives you a smooth finish.
The collated options, like the 15-Gauge “FN”- Style Angled Nail, pair the smooth shank with a chiseled point. The two bring faster drivability to multiple finish projects.
The Grip-Rite® Brad Nails are designed using an 18-gauge steel for durability. You can choose between an electrogalvanized and stainless steel coating for maximized weather protection. Like all our collated nails, our brad nails have a jam-free guarantee that assures fast, frictionless installations.
When you need strong nails for exterior trim work, our trim nails are an excellent option. These nails enjoy polyester paint coating for maximized corrosion resistance and tempered hardened steel for strength and durability. The diamond point, smooth shank and brad-style head work together to give you efficient installations.
For precision, use the Grip-Rite® micropins. Our 23-gauge pins range from 5/8 inches to 2 inches long. The micropins are headless, making them suitable for projects where aesthetic appeal is a priority. Although they are for interior use, we added an electrogalvanized coat for enhanced rust-resistance and longevity.
Our finishing nails can be used in a range of applications, including:
Take a look at some of our frequently asked questions concerning our finish nails.
Although both nails are suitable for various finishing projects, brad nails are thinner than finish nails.
The answer depends on the type and location of the project you have. Internal delicate finish projects using soft woods would need micropins, while projects where rusting is a possibility require galvanized finish nails.
If you are working with collated nails, you would need a nailer. We have a range of nailers, like the GRTBN200N 18-Gauge Brad Nailer, which are compatible with our brad nails.
