THE GRIP-RITE DECK IT OUT PRO SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.  

ONLY PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTORS ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER AND WIN A PRIZE.  

The Grip-Rite Deck It Out Pro Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “Administrator”), 1321 Greenway Drive, Irving, TX 75038.  

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:The Sweepstakes begins on April 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Administrator’s computer is the Sweepstakes official clock.  
  2. ELIGIBILITY:This Sweepstakes is open only to professional contractors (defined as an individual whose primary means of employment is working for or providing services in any of the following industries: residential construction, home improvement/repair, home remodeling, residential property management, and/or residential maintenance management sectors, or other similar fields as reasonably determined by Sponsor; “PRO“), who are legal residents of any one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States including D.C., excluding Alaska and Hawaii due to logistical difficulties (“U.S.”), and who are 18 years old or older at time of entry. To further clarify, a PRO is an individual whose current and primary livelihood (averaging at least 20 hours per week for at least six months prior to entering this Sweepstakes) is based on the performance of recognized day-to-day duties regularly engaged in by a professional residential contractor, including but not limited to, completing home repairs or remodels, constructing new homes or portions of new homes, constructing outdoor living spaces, etc.). 

Employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of the foregoing’s immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Government, Group Purchasing Organization parent organizations, and other organizations that are ineligible as a result of their organization’s policies and/or applicable law are ineligible to participate in Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws apply. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an entrant’s e-mail address will be the e-mail address submitted at the time of Sweepstakes entry. Entrants will not be allowed to change their e-mail address after submission.  

  1. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:Internet access is required and is not provided by Sponsor. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may receive a maximum of one (1) entry per day into the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes website address, located here: www.grip-rite.com/deck-it-out/sweepstakes and successfully completing and submitting the entry form located at that address.  

If more than the permitted number of entries are received from the same entrant, all of the entries submitted by that entrant may, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one (1) e-mail address or multiple identities to submit entries. If it is found or suspected that an entrant is using more than one e-mail address or multiple identities to participate in the Sweepstakes, then that entrant may be disqualified and not be eligible to win a prize. Subsequent attempts made by the same entrant to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may result in the entrant being disqualified. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void.  

IMPORTANT: MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY IF AN ENTRANT ENTERS THIS SWEEPSTAKES ON HIS/HER MOBILE DEVICE. NOT ALL MOBILE TELEPHONE/WIRELESS PROVIDERS CARRY THE SERVICE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS SHOULD CONSULT THEIR WIRELESS PROVIDER’S PRICING PLANS. MOBILE ENTRY IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.  

  1. RANDOM DRAWING:On or aroundJuly 15, 2026, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential grand prize winner from all eligible entries received. The winner is considered a potential winner pending verification of his/her eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.  
  2. PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING: 
  3. Grand Prize (1):The grand prize is a Chevrolet Truck (a “Grand Prize”). There will be one (1) Grand Prize available in the Sweepstakes. The ARV and make/model of the Chevrolet Truck available is as follows;  

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 2026 Chevrolet Truck Silverado 2500 HD (MSRP: $64,000 plus sales tax, title, and registration fees). ARV: $67,500.  

The exact Grand Prize truck (including make, model, options, and other specifications) winner will receive will be based on availability at time of awarding and will be determined by the Sponsor in its reasonable discretion. The winner will be solely responsible for any additional features, equipment, accessories, upgrades or options to the prize vehicle. The winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize vehicle, at his or her own expense (subject to the below), within 45 days of notice of availability of the Grand Prize from Sponsor at a dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to winner’s home address, or the Grand Prize may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. No other delivery option will be available. Except for the payment of applicable sales tax, title, and license fees, the Grand Prize winner is responsible for all other taxes and expenses, including but not limited to: luxury tax, destination charges, registration, insurance and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the prize vehicle. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO INCUR THESE EXPENSES. Each winner must present his or her valid driver’s license and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to the delivery of a Grand Prize. The Grand Prize vehicle details and availability are subject to change.  

Grand Prize vehicle may differ from what is depicted in Sweepstakes advertising and from what is listed above. THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF THE PRIZE VEHICLE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF A PRIZE VEHICLE.  

  1. B. Odds of Winning:The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 
  2. C. General Conditions:In no event will more than one (1) Grand Prize be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. The Grand Prize will be awarded only if sufficient eligible entries are provided. The Grand Prize is personal to the winner, is non-transferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as a whole, as awarded. No cash substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of prize in whole or in part by winner is permitted. Winner shall not be entitled to the difference between the stated MSRP/ARV and the actual price of the Grand P All makes, models, features, and equipment of prizes are selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All details and other restrictions of the Grand Prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its absolute discretion. The use of any non-Sponsor trademarks, service marks, logos or other marks in connection with this Promotion or any prize is not meant by Sponsor to imply the endorsement of the respective owner(s) of such marks, or any affiliation of the respective owner(s) of such marks, and such owners are not sponsors and may not be affiliated with this Promotion.  
  3. D.NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER:It is anticipated, but not guaranteed, that the Grand Prize winner will be announced approximately two – four weeks following the end of the Sweepstakes  The potential winner(s) are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winner will be notified via email or telephone (in Sponsor’s discretion), will be required to provide a mailing address, and will also be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) and any other additional documents required (“Release Documents”) and Form W-9 (or other forms required by the Sponsor and/or IRS regarding tax reporting obligations) within five (5) calendar days from the date of attempted notification by Sponsor in the prize notification. If a potential Grand Prize winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the Grand Prize, Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner on or within two separate attempts, or in the event that the Grand Prize confirmation, notification or Grand Prize is returned, misdirected or undeliverable, the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the forfeited Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate potential Grand Prize winner. If the Sponsor wishes to select an alternate potential Grand Prize winner, Sponsor will do so based on an additional random drawing of an eligible entrant’s Entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay in awarding any prize. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any undelivered telephone calls, messages, e-mails, or any other communications, including but not limited to those that are not received because of the entrant’s privacy or spam filter settings that may divert any winner/prize notification or other Promotion related communications to a spam or junk folder. Grand Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. 
  4. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers and each of the foregoing entities’ respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for and shall have no liability whatsoever, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable e-mail/text notifications or postal mail; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to entrants or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize; (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules; and (ix) any unanswered or undeliverable winner notifications.  

Further, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot operate as planned, or any prize cannot be awarded, due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, actual or potential public health crises (including without limitation pandemics or epidemics and governmental directives related thereto), shipping or inventory delays, or terrorism.  

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including entry requirements; and (ii) to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the entrant’s entries, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction of a prize, including, without limitation, the Grand Prize vehicle; (c-1) the operation, use, maintenance, ownership, registration or insurance of the Grand Prize vehicle, including, without limitation, any claims for personal injury, death, property damage, traffic violations or other losses arising from or related to the Grand Prize vehicle after delivery to the winner; (d) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the entrant’s own acts or omissions. 

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.  

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or proceed with the Sweepstakes, including the selection of a winner in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of a winner from among eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In the event that, due to technical, typographical, mechanical, administrative, printing, production, computer or other errors, there are more winners than are stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing among the claimants will be held to determine the winner.  

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim, dispute or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively through the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section 7 below. The Released Parties’ total liability, if any, for any claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages incurred by the entrant, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for punitive, exemplary, incidental, special or consequential damages. 

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.  

Winner acknowledges that maintaining legally required automobile insurance is a condition of accepting and operating the Grand Prize vehicle and agrees that Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability arising from any failure to maintain such insurance. 

  1. 7. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN THE COUNTY OF DALLAS, TEXAS, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  

IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”), EXCEPT WHERE SUCH ARBITRATION REQUIREMENT IS PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN TEXAS. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. 

THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR RELEASED PARTIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.  

ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FOLLOWING THE END OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED, EXCEPT WHERE A LONGER PERIOD IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.  

  1. 8. PRIVACY:Sponsor’s PrivacyPolicy, which will govern the collection of data within this Sweepstakes, is available at Grip-Rite.com/Privacy-Policy.  
  2. 9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS:By participating in this Sweepstakes, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee the perpetual right to use the winner’s name, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture, voice, and other information and content provided in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Except where prohibited, the winner may be asked to sign a publicity release in connection with the Sweepstakes.  
  3. 10. GENERAL:Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found or suspected, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Sweepstakes. If it is discovered that a person has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple phone numbers, e-mail addresses, residential addresses, multiple identities, IP addresses, use of proxy servers, or like methods, all of that person’s entries will be declared null and void and that person will not be awarded any prize that he/she might have been entitled to receive. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. Entrants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility as required by Sponsor or Administrator. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted on the registration form associated with such entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Each entrant may be required to show proof to the Sponsor’s reasonable satisfaction that they meet the eligibility requirements as set forth above. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. No entrant shall have the right to modify or amend these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.  
  4. 11. WINNERS LIST:For a list of winners, interested individuals should mail a self-addressed stamped business envelope to: WinnersList, – The Grip-Rite Deck It Out Sweepstakes, 1321 Greenway Dr, Irving, TX 75038. Winner List requests must be received no later than August 31, 2026.
